The seminar included all the heads of local self-governments and heads of territorial bodies and regional offices of Treasury, the Ministry of Finance, of Chui, Issyk-Kul, Talas and Naryn oblasts of Kyrgyzstan.

A similar seminars would be held for representatives of Osh, Batken and Jalal-Abad in early March-April.
In Bishkek, the event was held in the large hall of the theater of opera and ballet. It is expected that the seminar was attended by over 600 people.
The event wass held in the framework of the project "Voice of the citizens and the accountability of local self-government: the budget process" financed by the Swiss Government in partnership with the Department for International Development of the United Kingdom.
