Public discussion of the methodology of the municipal budget transparency index

Goals and tasks to be discussed:
- methodology for evaluating municipal index of budget transparency;
- experience of the settlement of the municipal budget transparency index by LSG bodies of pilot municipalities of VAP;
- methodological and organizational issues of the municipal budget transparency index.
