As was planned, two public hearing were held on budget
- At School Y.Gagarin in Lenin village
- At School A.Tadjibaev in Jygach-Korgon village
To conduct these public hearings, the school authorities had done a lot of preparatory work. Numbers of class hours were carried out for pupils and some parents' meetings, during which information was provided about the concept of "budget" in general, and the school budget in particular, public opinion polls conducted in the form of questionnaires to students and parents with the question: “Whereat the money collected from parents could be spend effectively, in your opinion?” In addition, competition of drawings and posters was announced among pupils on a theme “Aimak- where I live.” On the day of the Public hearing, The Director presented report on used funds received from the local budget, from parents and from sponsors. The results of classroom hours, parents' meetings and the survey were presented. At the hearing, there were parents and students, who urged parents to participate more actively in school life. At the end of the Public hearing, the results of the competition of drawings and posters on a theme “Aimak, where I live”, were announced, the winners are:
