Deputy Head of SALSGIR Mr. Halitov suggested the income tax and profit tax to become revenues of local budgets

By his words these funds may help to create conditions for the local people and they will contribute to the sphere where the investments come.

The Deputy Head of State Agency of LSG and inter-ethnic relations (SALSGIR) Mr. Halitov suggested the income tax and profit tax to become revenues of local budgets and to be allocated for development of municipalities. It was mentioned on February 3, 2015, during the meeting with the Ministry of economy Mr. Sariev.

By his words these funds may help to create conditions for the local people and they will contribute to the sphere where the investments come. He also mentioned that this practice is used in many countries. 

He also said that the Agency will defend this issue and have the appropriate project in the Government.

The Minister of Economics Mr. Sariev emphasized that activities in this respect are in the process; the country moved to a two-level budget.
