Inspectors on tax deductions should be subordinated to the Local self-government, in collaboration with them.
This was stated by an expert on the budget, Zootbek Kydyraliev on the Republican conference "Capability of local self-government: law and reality."
According to him, many tax deductions should be split, and part of funds should go to the needs of local communities, implemented by local self-government bodies.
His opinion is supported by the heads of Aiyl okmotu, who said that it will help to seek additional funds to meet the needs of the community.
Conference participants noted that delegated authority to LSG by the Government should be funded separately, in addition to increasing the local budgets. Otherwise, maybe a slight increase, which will have a greater demand from heads of AO and the mayors on the issues of national importance, and not local.
