Public budget hearings as a tool for transparency and openness
From 18 to 23 May 2016, over 80 representatives of municipalities Chui region will be trained on the topic "Public budget hearings as a tool for transparency and openness."
The participants will be the head of AO and cities, heads of financial and economic departments, members of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation (PM & E) and members of the standing committees on the budget of local councils in the region.
Trainings are organized for the purpose of imparting skills and additional knowledge for effective planning and high-quality public hearings on the budget. Educational activities are carried out project "Voice of citizens and accountability of local government: budget process" (hereinafter - the Project), funded by the Swiss Government and executed by the Institute for Development Policy.
Totally, 4 trainings in the administrative centers of some districts will be carried out.
